1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Termux (Fuck), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.
• You must comply with your local laws.
• Multiple accounts, bots, or automated scripts are strictly prohibited.

3. Earning System

Users can earn rewards through Faucet claims, PTC ads, Shortlinks, Daily Streaks, Redeem Codes, and Leaderboard systems.

Termux (Fuck) reserves the right to change reward rates, limits, or systems at any time without prior notice.

4. Withdrawals & Payments

• All withdrawals are processed automatically where supported.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by currency (see table above).
• Payments are sent to FaucetPay or CWallet depending on user selection.
• Payments depend on wallet provider availability and system balance.

5. Wallet Activity Policy

Currency wallets that remain inactive for more than 15 day may be automatically removed from the system.

This rule is applied individually per currency wallet and does not affect other active wallets.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using VPNs, bots, or automation tools to farm rewards.
• Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage.
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
• Any activity that harms platform integrity.

7. Account Suspension

Termux (Fuck) reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these Terms without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Termux (Fuck) is not responsible for any losses, delays, or issues caused by third-party services such as FaucetPay, CWallet, or network failures.
